Stephanie Lips is senior director for engagement at DonorsTrust where she specializes in philanthropic strategy, legacy planning, and long-term stewardship. Stephanie leads client engagement initiatives focused on helping individuals and families align their charitable giving with their values and long-term philanthropic objectives, while expanding legacy planning strategies that support enduring impact. Previously, Stephanie directed the Atlas Network’s global events portfolio and later served as its director of development. In these roles, she managed international convenings across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America; led major gift strategy; and integrated legacy planning into the organization’s broader development framework.
Stephanie currently serves on the boards of DemoLab, Free to Choose Network, Izzit, and Ladies of Liberty Alliance, where she contributes strategic insight on development, philanthropic strategy, and long-term organizational sustainability. She lives in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband, Brad, their four children, and a lively household that includes two cats and their dog, Scooby Doo.
