Juan Bautista is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Accountant, specializing in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and internal controls. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. Throughout his career, Juan has worked closely with CFOs and senior leadership to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency, bringing a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to every role. Juan is currently pursuing CPA licensure to further strengthen his technical expertise and leadership capacity. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through regular workouts.
